SPEAKER BIOS

Toni McCollough, MD

Dr. McCullough was born and raised in SavannahGeorgia. She is a graduate of the University ofGeorgia and the Medical College of Georgia. After completing her internship at Memorial HealthUniversity Medical Center, Dr. McCullough began an Ophthalmology residency at Penn StateUniversity. She subsequently changed her career path and returned to the Medical College of Georgia for dermatology training. Since 1994, Dr. McCullough has been in solo private practice inSavannah, Georgia. She serves as Assistant Clinical Professor for Mercer University School of Medicine and the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. McCullough has been married for 19 years and has one daughter (7) and one son (5).

 

John Goldman, MD

John A. Goldman, MD, is President of Medical Quarters, Rheumatology Medical Director, AtlantaCenter for Clinical Research and Chief of Rheumatology St. Joseph's Hospital, AtlantaGeorgia.  He also has a rheumatology, immunology and osteoporosis practice in Sandy SpringsGA. He earned his BS in Science at the University of Wisconsin in MadisonWI, and his MD at the University of Cincinnati Medical School in CincinnatiOH. He interned at the University of Oregon Medical School Hospitals and Clinics in PortlandOR. He completed his internal medicine residency and fellowship in Immunology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center inCincinnati, OH. He is an Ambassador for the REF -Research and Education Foundation of the ACR; member of the ACR ANA Task Force; Editor of the Osteoflash, online newsletter of the International Society of Clinical Densitometry; Chairman of the Third Party Payors Committee of the Medical Association of Georgia; Co - Medical Director of the Carrier Advisory Committee (CAC) of the Georgia Medicare Carrier CAHABA; and Rheumatology representative to the Georgia CAC. He has authored more than 50 articles, 35 chapters, and 88 abstracts.
