Pay Dues Online
Basic dues are as follows and include listing in the roster and on the web site. Basic dues require an email address so that all communications can be sent electronically.- $200.00 – Regular, Affiliate, and Associate members
- $ 50.00 - Physicians in Training in the Atlanta area
- $ 50.00 - Senior members (do not vote at business meetings)
- No dues - Honorary members and physicians in training outside the Atlanta area.

- You may pay your dues securely online with a credit card OR via check by submitting the form below.
- Please use this form for ALL FORMS OF PAYMENT.
- When you click "Continue", you will be taken to a secure site to complete your transaction.
- Your transaction is complete when the system produces an order confirmation number. If paying by check, print that confirmation page to mail with your check.
- Print an additional copy for your records if desired.
