ADA Patron Levels

Platinum - $10,000

Recognition as a Platinum patron in all ADA publications and meeting correspondence including newsletters, email notices, program, and on the ADA website, www.atlantaderm.org.
Opportunity to post three (3) articles on our website and in our email Newsletter (content must be approved by the ADA executive committee).
Logo on ADA website home page with a link to your company’s website. Company name on ADA website Patron page with a link to your company’s website.
Attendance at all CME activities, up to 4 reps in attendance. All company references must remain outside the CME classroom (nametags, literature, etc.) Must RSVP prior to meeting for meal headcount.
Six (6) complimentary tickets to the ADA Holiday Party
Two full page ads in annually printed ADA roster (b/w). First registered gets full color back cover (TAKEN). (begins in 2008)

Gold - $7,500

Recognition as a Gold patron in all ADA publications and meeting correspondence including newsletters, email notices, program, and on the ADA website, www.atlantaderm.org.

Supporter - $1,500

Recognition as a Supporter in the meeting programs.

Additional Support Opportunities - available to both registered and unregistered Patrons Appropriate printed and verbal acknowledgement will be given for each element of support

Host Guest Speaker Private Dinner (Available to only one company per hosted dinner. Up to 2 reps may attend the dinner.)
Provide Lunch at Hospital Meeting (Available to only one company per hospital meeting. Up to 3 reps may attend the CME meeting. All company references must remain outside the CME classroom (nametags, literature, etc.))
Provide Breakfast at Hospital Meeting (Available to only one company per hospital meeting. Up to 2 reps may attend the CME meeting. All company references must remain outside the CME classroom (nametags, literature, etc.))
